Attention all thrill-seekers and adventure enthusiasts! Get ready to buckle up for an epic journey as Adventure WV and West Virginia University team up to bring you the ultimate Spring Break road trip for 2024.

Adventure WV invites rising sophomores for outdoor expeditions in Utah and West Virginia, granting three college credits. Scholarships, like the Zachary David Burns Scholarship, are accessible to non-WV residents.

We began our journey in the early hours of the day after Christmas, driving 12 hours to west Tennessee, where we made camp in the cold and dark. Mountains turned to hills, the snow turned to rain and the sun circled the sky as we drove west. The group was quiet for the first few days, watching the scenery change through their windows when not looking at glowing devices in their laps.
